Micro IPA

Nuestra primera Micro IPA nos encantó, pero creemos que podíamos lograr que el caracter del lúpulo brillara aún más, por lo que decidimos impactar con un trio de lúpulos bien vibrante… Mosaic, El Dorado y Azacca. Este es el primer año en el que tenemos una buena cantidad de El Dorado y nos hace ilusión aportarle a esta birra todo el mango y chuche que tiene para ofrecer. Con más mango de Mosaic y frutas tropicales de Azacca, EVERYTHING SIDEWAY. Hicimos algunos cambios en las maltas para darle un cuerpo aun más robusto y sedoso que no la hace parecer de solo 3,5%. Otra para disfrutar en el verano!

We were really please with our first Micro IPA but felt that we could push up the brightness of the hop character so we’ve gone for impact with a trio of bright hops, Mosaic, El Dorado and Azacca. This is the first year that we have had some plentiful stock of El Dorado and we are excited to get all of that peachy, candy goodness into this beer. With the sweaty, mango of Mosaic and tropical fruit forward Azacca this one sings from the minute your pour it into a glass. A couple of slight tweaks to the malt bill see an even creamier and slightly fuller body that betrays the lowly 3.5% abv that it carries. Another one to enjoy in the summer sun.
