Por fin la vuelta de una colaboración con lo mejor de Croacia, The Garden Brewery. Y es una maravilla. Una cerveza de base de trigo recibió una remojón aromático de té Earl Grey antes de ser enviada al fermentador, donde estaba destinada a encontrarse con un montón de magníficos melocotones. El resultado es una refrescante sour ale veraniega al estilo ice tea, con un sabroso melocotón y un fondo de bergamota.

Finally the return leg of a collab with Croatia’s finest, The Garden Brewery. And it’s a cracker. A wheat heavy base beer received a steeping of aromatic Earl Grey tea before being sent to the fermenter where it was destined to meet loads of beautiful peach. The result is a refreshing summer ice tea style sour ale that beloows juicy peach with a beautiful bergamot undercurrent.
