Tuvimos el placer de recibir al equipo de Yakima Chief Hops en la cervecería el mes pasado y elaboramos una IPA potente y jugosa con unos lúpulos increíbles. Nunca antes habíamos tenido la oportunidad de utilizar HBC586 en formato Cryo y, desde luego, no nos decepcionó. Notas de mango, guayaba y lichi desde el momento en que abrimos la lata. Combinando Nelson Sauvin con nuestro lote específico de Citra da como resultado una bomba de cítricos, una IPA mortal. Se presenta con un hermoso color amarillento pálido y brumoso, con una base de malta poco agresiva y matices de fruta de hueso procedentes de una fuerte carga de hidromasaje de El Dorado.

We had the pleasure of hosting the crew from Yakima Chief Hops at the brewery last month and brewed up a big ol’ juicy IPA with some killer hops. We had never had the opportunity to use HBC586 in Cryo format before and we were certainly not dissapointed. Booming notes of mango, guava and lychee from the minute we opened the bag and this translated intot he finished beer. Combined with gooseberry and Sauv Blanc heavy Nelson Sauvin, our selected lot of Citra which is very much a citrus bomb, this is one killer IPA. It pours a beautiful pale, hazy yellow from an univasive malt base and carries undertones of stone fruit from a heavy whirlpool addition of El Dorado.
