This vibrant Hazy IPA is a collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops, showcasing a tropical explosion driven by HBC586 Cryo. Aromas of ripe mango, guava, and lychee lead the charge, immediately followed by the distinctive gooseberry and Sauvignon Blanc notes of Nelson Sauvin. The addition of Citra provides a sharp citrus backbone, while El Dorado contributes soft undertones of stone fruit in the finish. It pours a glowing, hazy yellow with a creamy white head. The malt profile remains subtle and uninvasive, allowing the saturated hop oils to provide a lush, juicy character with restrained bitterness and a smooth, pillowy mouthfeel.
