El pepinazo con menor ABV que hemos hecho en un rato largo no queda corto en cuerpo y aromas. con un montón de algunos de los mejores lúpulos que el hemisferio sur nos ofrece, una malta base que asegura un cuerpo y la adición de galaxy y vic secrets le dan montones de notas a pera, piña con un ligero toque herbal. una adición de citra redondea el aroma con melocotón y cítricos. En el whirlpool agregamos motueka y nelson sauvin para darle un toque a grosella y lima. Maris otter fue la malta base elegida con espelta de alta proteina, un montón de avena y un toque de caragold aseguran que incluso con 4% hay un cuerpo robusto y un toque de caracter a malta ligera para soportar el asalto de lúpulo!

The lowest ABV hoppy banger that we have made in a long time is certainly not one lacking in mouthfeel and big aromas. Heavily relying on some of the best hops the southern hemisphere has to offer, this pocket rocket is big on tropical aromas with beautiful dank undertones layed out on top of a malt base that ensures that there is plenty of body to go around. Galaxy and Vic Secret bring lots of pineapple and pear notes to the table with a slight herbal touch. A slight seasoning of Citra rounds out the aroma with some peach and citrus vibes. On the hot side Motueka and Nelson provide a background of gooseberry and lime. Maris Otter was the base malt of choice in here and with high protein Spelt malt, plenty of oats and a kiss of Caragold we ensure that at 4% there is still a plentiful body and light malt character to support the lupulin assault.
