Shoelaces is a robust Hazy IPA that captures an intense tropical profile driven by a heavy-hitting hop bill of Sabro, Citra, and Galaxy, supplemented by Simcoe and Mosaic. The aroma is dominated by distinct coconut notes from the Sabro, paired with ripe mango and passionfruit qualities. Utilizing London Fog yeast, the beer presents a soft, estery fruitiness that complements the massive hop saturation. It pours with a characteristically opaque, hazy glow and a thick white head. On the palate, the mouthfeel is full and "chunky," offering a smooth, juice-like texture with minimal bitterness and a clean, fruit-forward finish that highlights the vibrant New World hop character.
