This Session IPA represents a collaboration focused on balancing high hop impact with a smooth, approachable profile. A diverse grist of Low Colour Maris Otter, Munich, and Vienna malts provides a light, toasted grain foundation, while a significant proportion of Malted Oats and Flaked Barley contributes to a soft, hazy appearance. The London Fog Ale yeast adds subtle stone fruit esters that weave through the primary hop character. Intense waves of tropical fruit, melon, and citrus are driven by a combination of Cashmere, Mosaic, and Citra hops. Despite its sessionable strength, it maintains the firm bitterness and dry finish expected of an American IPA.
