This Hazy IPA, a collaboration between Garage Beer Co and Soma Beer, delivers a saturated sensory experience centered on the experimental HBC 431 hop. The use of LalBrew New England yeast provides a stone fruit ester profile that perfectly complements the hop’s intense tropical and peach-forward character. Glowing with a dense haze, the beer opens with aromas of ripe mango and apricot. On the palate, the 7% ABV is masked by a pillowy, soft texture and a restrained bitterness that allows the juicy hop oils to shine. It finishes with a clean, lingering fruitiness and a smooth, rounded mouthfeel.
