La última etapa de nuestra primera serie de colaboraciones con North Park de San Diego y es la West Coast IPA más lupulada que hemos elaborado nunca. Y con razón. North Park ha estado llevando la antorcha de las modernas West Coast IPA con sus cervezas ligeras, limpias e increíblemente lupuladas. Hemos tomado una hoja de su libro y le dimos a esta cerveza una alineación superestrella de lúpulos en diferentes formatos. Con CITRA INCOGNITO, CITRA SPECTRUM, CITRA CRYO, SIMCOE T90, SIMCOE CRYO, MOSAIC T90 Y NELSON SAUVIN T90 en la mezcla, se puede esperar una combinación intensa de frutas tropicales y cítricas con una fuerte dosis de resina de pino húmeda. Este despliegue de lúpulo se presenta a través de la lente clara de una simple base de malta pilsner que acaba fresca y seca, haciendo de esta IPA un espectáculo que se bebe muy fácilmente para su graduación alcohólica.

The return leg of our first set of collabs with San Diego’s North Park and it’s our most heavily hopped West Coast IPA we have ever brewed. And rightfully so. North Park have been carrying the torch for modern West Coast IPA with their lean, clean and incredibly hoppy beers. We have taken a leaf out of there book and hit this beer with a superstar lineup of hops in a variety of formats. With CITRA INCOGNITO, CITRA SPECTRUM, CITRA CRYO, SIMCOE T90, SIMCOE CRYO, MOSAIC T90 AND NELSON SAUVIN T90 all in the mix you can expect an intense melee of tropical and citrus fruits with a heavy dose of dank pine resin always poking through. This hop assault is presented through the clear lense of a simple pilsner malt base that finishes crisp and dry making this one hell of a IPA that drinks remakably easily for its ABV.
