This Double IPA is a collaboration that captures a tropical summer profile despite its winter release. A pale, milky appearance sets the stage for an intense hop explosion driven by a multi-format showcase of Mosaic, alongside Bru-1 and Azacca. The sensory experience is dominated by lush layers of ripe mango, bright pineapple, and zesty grapefruit. A subtle, damp earthiness reminiscent of freshly mowed grass provides a complex counterpoint to the fruit. The mouthfeel is exceptionally soft and creamy, masking the 8.5% ABV with a smooth delivery that balances high hop saturation against a clean, supportive malt base.
