This Triple IPA, a collaboration between Garage Beer Co and Equilibrium Brewery, presents an intense sensory experience typical of a robust Double IPA. The aroma and palate are dominated by a massive fruit cocktail profile driven by Citra and Citra Cryo, yielding deep layers of stone fruit and melon. The addition of Bru-1 introduces sharp pineapple notes, while Galaxy adds delicate pear nuances. A judicious touch of Sabro contributes a unique creamy lemon and coconut finish. A protein-heavy grist and lactose addition create an exceptionally soft, round, and full-bodied profile, balancing the 10% ABV with a smooth, juicy character.
