This Triple IPA, a collaboration between Garage Beer Co and Dry & Bitter, delivers an intense sensory experience driven by a massive hop profile. The aromatics are saturated with tropical fruit and resin, courtesy of a heavy-handed addition of Mosaic, Citra, Galaxy, and Columbus hops. Expect a burst of ripe mango, passionfruit, and citrus zest, balanced by the dank, earthy undertones of Columbus. Despite its formidable 9.5% ABV, the beer maintains a smooth, drinkable quality. The palate reflects the aroma, layering juicy stone fruit and berry notes from Mosaic over a lean, neutral malt base.
