Berlin Boh is a luminous Hazy IPA that captures the vibrant synergy of its 2024 collaboration. The sensory experience is led by a dense, saturated hop profile resulting from a heavy double dry-hopping of Cashmere, Citra, Simcoe, and Enigma. Layers of tropical melon and citrus zest from the Cashmere and Citra harmonize with the subtle piney depth of Simcoe, while Enigma introduces sophisticated notes of red currant and light grape. This hop-forward character is supported by a soft, bready malt presence, creating a pillowy texture that masks its strength. It finishes with a gentle, juice-like roundness and a restrained bitterness that emphasizes fruit purity over resinous bite.
