Mindset is a collaborative Double IPA that captures the tropical essence of Citra Cryo, Simcoe Cryo, and Superdelic hops. Poured hazy and luminous, it delivers an intense sensory payload of passion fruit, candied citrus, and red berries against a plush backdrop of Pilsner Malt, Wheat, and Oats. The London Ale III yeast enhances the stone fruit esters, working in harmony with the concentrated Cryo hop oils to create a saturated fruit profile. Despite its 8.5% strength, the beer remains incredibly soft on the palate, balancing a firm but smooth bitterness with a luscious, rounded mouthfeel that defines the modern, hop-forward aesthetic.
