Espiga Wake Up

Espiga Wake Up is a rich Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer built upon a velvety Oatmeal Porter base. It features the distinctive influence of Nomad Coffee’s El Salvador Red Bourbon beans, which impart resounding notes of hazelnut and blueberries. The grist, featuring Chocolate and Crystal Light malts, adds deep layers of liquorice and toasted grain, while the addition of cinnamon provides a piquant, warming aromatic bridge. Lactose and flaked oats create an exceptionally silky texture that softens the roasted bitterness of the Columbus, Cascade, and Willamette hops, resulting in a complex, dessert-leaning ale with a sophisticated coffee-forward finish.
