This Double IPA is an intensive sensory exploration of modern hop saturation, driven by a potent Double Dry Hopping of Citra and Superdelic. The addition of oat malt and oat flakes creates a silky, opaque foundation that supports a tropical explosion. Ripe mango and passion fruit notes dominate the foreground, while the Superdelic hops introduce unique nuances of red berries and vibrant candy-like sweetness. Zesty orange and lime citrus notes from the Citra provide a brightening effect. Despite its 8% ABV, the finish remains remarkably smooth, balancing a moderate bitterness with a persistent resinous and fruity trail that defines this juicy experience.
