Espiga Summer Water

Espiga Summer Water is a vibrant Session Hazy IPA designed for high drinkability at 4% ABV. Built on a foundation of Low Colour Maris Otter and Vienna Malt with flaked oats and wheat, it presents an invitingly hazy, pale yellow appearance. The aroma is a tropical explosion driven by Citra, Amarillo, and Eukanot, delivering intense notes of pineapple and passion fruit complemented by sharp citrus. On the palate, Simcoe adds depth to the fruit profile while the oats provide a smooth, light body. It finishes with a surprisingly firm and lasting bitterness, balancing the lush hop flavors with a refreshing, crisp character.
