Espiga Shooting Stars

This West Coast IPA presents a bright yellowish hue and a persistent, creamy foam. The aroma is an explosive constellation of fresh citrus and passion fruit driven by Citra and Mosaic, while Simcoe and Columbus provide a captivating resinous backbone. Subtle notes of pineapple and peach from Amarillo and Idaho 7 shimmer over a lean, clean malt base of Pale Ale and Pilsner. On the palate, Centennial adds an earthy, herbal dimension to the intense bitterness. The finish is remarkably dry and crisp, accented by a faint hint of sweetness from Light Crystal malt, leaving a refreshing and lingering resinous trail.
