Espiga Seven Hops

This celebratory Double IPA presents an intense, multi-layered hop profile featuring Nelson Sauvin, Galena, Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, Ekuanot, and Idaho 7. Despite its potent strength, the alcohol is masterfully integrated within a silky, full-bodied frame built on Maris Otter and Golden Promise malts, further softened by a generous addition of oats. Aromatic waves of tropical fruit and bright citrus lead into a palate defined by crushed grapes, resinous pine, and ripe stone fruit.
