This Double IPA delivers a vibrant sensory experience centered on a massive dry-hopping of Ekuanot in both pellet and cryo formats. The grist, featuring Golden Promise malt alongside wheat and oat flakes, provides a soft, bready foundation that amplifies the hop-forward character. Aromatic waves of ripe pineapple and bright citrus zest lead into a palate that is notably silky and medium-bodied. While the 8.5% ABV provides structure, the beer remains highly drinkable with a firm, integrated bitterness. The finish is clean and lingering, leaving a tropical residue of citrus oils and exotic fruit typical of the Ekuanot variety.
