La Putissima Feat Tot Begut Tot Per Beure

Aquest any hem estat seleccionats per a fer la cervesa de la fira de la Putissima que es celebra cada desembre durant el pont de la Puríssima gràcies a Tot begut i tot per beure de Sant Boi de Llobregat que organitza aquesta fira.

L’estil que hem elaborat és una IPA d’aspecte hazy amb 6 graus. Hem triat els nostres llúpols preferits que sempre triomfen: El Mosaic i el Citra. El resultat és una IPA d’aspecte daurat fosc i hazy en la qual apreciem tot el potencial del llúpol Mosaic que ens proporciona les seves notes de meló cantaloup i mango. El Mosaic està acompanyat del seu fidel amic el llúpol Citra que ens aporta les notes de llimona, llima i herba recentment tallada.

Gaudeix d’un glop fàcil amb un lleu toc d’amargor que et convida a un segon, a un tercer i a uns quants més!

Maltes: Malta d’ordi, malta de blat, malta de civada, flocs de civada i flocs d’ordi.

Este año hemos sido seleccionados para hacer la cerveza de la feria de la Putissima que se celebra cada diciembre durante el puente de la Purísima gracias a Tot begut tot per beure, una bodega de Sant Boi de Llobregat que organiza esta feria.

El estilo que hemos elaborado es una IPA de aspecto hazy con 6 grados. Hemos elegido nuestros lúpulos preferidos que siempre triunfan: El Mosaic y el Citra. El resultado es una IPA de aspecto dorado oscuro y hazy en la que apreciamos todo el potencial del lúpulo Mosaic que nos proporciona sus notas de melón cantaloup y mango. El Mosaic está acompañado de su fiel amigo el lúpulo Citra que nos aporta las notas de limón, lima y hierba recientemente cortada.

Disfruta de un trago fácil con un leve toque de amargor que te invita a un segundo, a un tercero y seguramente a unos cuátnos tragos más!

This year we have been selected to brew the beer of the Putissima fair that is celebrated every December during the long weekend of the Immaculate Conception thanks to Tot begut i tot per beure celar at Sant Boi de Llobregat that organized by this fair.

The style we have brewed is a hazy IPA with 6 degrees. We have chosen our favorite hops that always triumph: The Mosaic and the Citra. The result is a dark golden and hazy IPA in which we appreciate the full potential of the Mosaic hops that provides us with its notes of melon, cantaloup and mango. The Mosaic is accompanied by his faithful friend the hops Citra that brings us the notes of lemon, lime and freshly cut grass.

Enjoy an easy sip with a slight touch of bitterness that invites you to a second, a third and a few more!
