Espiga I Need More Space

This Hazy IPA pours a luminous light yellow with an opaque, glowing appearance. The sensory profile is defined by an intense, multi-layered hop character where New Zealand Rakau hops lead with expressive notes of ripe mango, apricot, and succulent pear. These tropical and stone fruit layers are supported by a bright citrus foundation of grapefruit and tangerine from American Citra and Azacca hops. A soft, pillowy grist of Barley malt, wheat, and flaked oats provides a smooth structure that carries the high hop intensity. Despite the lush, fruity nose, the beer concludes with a clean, dry finish and a well-balanced, moderate bitterness.
