Amb aquesta English IPA hem volgut traslladar-nos als nostres començaments com a cervesers artesans i rescatar els sabors herbals i resinosos que ens aporten els llúpols anglesos.

Té un aspecte ambre rogenc, és translúcida i amb una escuma persistent. En sabor ens trobem les notes caramel·litzades dels malts ben equilibrats amb les notes resinoses i herbals dels llúpols en un glop rodó, llarg i fàcil de beure que al final deixa un gustós amargor que et convida a prendre un altre glop.

Malts: Malt d’ordi, Crystal malt i Biscuit malt.

Llúpols: Polaris, East Kent Golding i Fuggle.

Dry Hopping: Polaris, East Kent Golding i Fuggle.

Con esta English IPA hemos querido trasladarnos a nuestros comienzos como cerveceros artesanos y rescatar los sabores herbales y resinosos que nos aportan los lúpulos ingleses.

Tiene un aspecto ámbar cobrizo, es traslúcida y con una espuma persistente. En sabor nos encontramos las notas caramelizadas de las maltas bien equilibradas con las notas resinosas y herbales de los lúpulos en un trago redondo, largo y fácil de beber que al final deja un gustoso amargor que te invita a tomar otro trago.

With this English IPA we wanted to move to our beginnings as craft brewers and rescue the herbal and resinous flavors that English hops bring us.

It has a reddish amber appearance, is translucent and with persistent foam. In flavour we find the caramelized notes of the malts well balanced with the resinous and herbal notes of hops in a round, long and easy to drink sip that in the end leaves a tasty bitterness that invites you to have another sip.
