The result is an intense bouquet of tropical mango, stone fruit, and zesty citrus with a distinct herbal undertone. A complex grist featuring Maris Otter, Golden Naked Oats, and flaked wheat provides a soft, bready foundation and a characteristic silken texture. It pours a hazy, pale golden with a persistent white head, leading to a juicy, low-bitterness palate that finishes clean with lingering fruity esters and a smooth, pleasant mouthfeel.
