Espiga Do the Monkey Feat Salama

This Hazy IPA, a collaboration with Salama Brewing, captures a lush tropical profile through a heavy-handed use of Idaho 7, Simcoe, and Azacca hops. A complex grist of Barley, Wheat, and Oat malts creates a soft, golden canvas for an aromatic explosion of fresh mango, passion fruit, and bright pineapple. On the palate, juicy stone fruit and citrus zest from mandarin and grapefruit intertwine with a resinous whisper of pine. The mouthfeel is exceptionally smooth and creamy, bolstered by oat flakes, leading to a balanced, gentle bitterness that maintains high drinkability through a clean, refreshing finish.
