Espiga Bottomless

Espiga Bottomless is a monumental Double IPA that pushes the boundaries of hop intensity. Its opaque, golden appearance resembles a thick tropical juice, crowned by a dense, creamy white head. The sensory experience is led by a powerful aromatic burst of mango, pineapple, and passion fruit from the Citra and Mosaic hops, complemented by sharp grapefruit and resinous pine. A complex grist of Maris Otter and Golden Promise malts, alongside oats and wheat, creates a lush, velvety foundation. On the palate, the high alcohol is exceptionally well-integrated, providing a gentle warmth that supports a juicy profile and a rounded bitterness, finishing with a lingering citrus-sweet depth.
