Espiga / The Fauve The Green Line

This Hazy IPA, a collaboration between Espiga and Fauve, showcases a vivid palette of tropical and resinous notes. A complex grist of barley, wheat, and both malted and flaked oats provides a soft, structured canvas for the intense dry-hopping. Citra and Mosaic drive bold impressions of succulent mango and ripe pineapple, while Idaho 7 and Willamette introduce nuanced layers of bright citrus, fresh pine, and a sophisticated touch of black tea. Despite its substantial body and hazy, dark golden glow, the finish remains remarkably dry, balancing the lush fruit profile with a clean, refreshing close that highlights the multifaceted potential of the hop blend.
