This Hazy IPA, a collaboration with Sylvatica, presents a unique aromatic profile centered on specific hop varieties. Cashmere, Mistra, and Talus hops deliver a distinctive fruit character, leading with notes of ripe pear and delicate white grapes, layered over a surprising touch of coconut. A base of barley malt, wheat malt, and both flaked and malted oats provides a soft, hazy structure that supports subtle citrus and pine undercurrents. Despite the lush, fruity hop expression, the finish remains remarkably dry, balancing the complex esters with a clean, drinkable conclusion that showcases modern hop innovation.
