This American IPA, a collaboration with Sudden Death, presents a vibrant sensory profile driven by a heavy Double Dry Hopping of Citra, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin. The experience is dominated by aromas of ripe, sweet peaches and bright citrus, layered over distinctive notes of gooseberry and fruity white wine. Flaked oats provide a creamy, dense texture and a soft cereal backbone that balances a firm hop bitterness. Subtle herbal and resinous accents emerge on the finish, while the 7% ABV adds a gentle, well-integrated warmth. It is a lush, modern interpretation where the hop complexity is showcased against a smooth, substantial body.
