This collaboration American IPA presents a vibrant sensory profile defined by a robust hop quartet of Zeus, Centennial, Simcoe, and Idaho 7. Poured a translucent light amber, it opens with an intense aromatic bouquet of ripe peach, pineapple, and tropical mango, grounded by a classic citrus and resinous herbal base. The use of Pale Ale and Munich malts provides a crisp, supportive backbone with light toasted notes that balance the firm 67 IBU bitterness. On the palate, distinct layers of black tea and citrus emerge, leading to a clean, lingering finish that evokes the depth and roundness of classic West Coast examples.
