This collaborative American IPA is a dedicated showcase of Simcoe hops, poured with a vibrant orange hue and characteristic turbidity. The grain bill, featuring Low Colour Maris Otter, Vienna, and a touch of Caramalt, creates a supportive, bready base for the hops to shine. Intense aromas of apricot, vine peach, and passionfruit lead the sensory experience, followed by bright citrus and earthy resin. The addition of malted oats, flaked oats, and unmalted wheat results in a remarkably silky and creamy mouthfeel. It balances firm hop bitterness with a lush fruit profile, culminating in a clean and smooth finish.
