Espiga / Letra Slow Sundown

This Hazy IPA, a collaboration between Espiga and Letra, radiates a lush, tropical profile defined by a heavy-handed dry-hopping of Citra, Ekuanot, and Idaho 7. A grist of barley, wheat, and oats provides a soft, dark golden canvas for intense aromas of pineapple and mango to shine. On the palate, a silky and luscious mouthfeel carries vibrant layers of papaya and zesty lime, complemented by cooling hints of resinous pine and bright citrus. The finish is fresh and balanced, showcasing a modern hop-forward complexity that remains remarkably drinkable, perfectly capturing the essence of a slow summer sundown.
