This Hazy IPA is a vibrant collaboration showcasing the tropical synergy of Simcoe, Idaho 7, and Motueka hops. It pours a hazy, pale yellow with golden highlights, immediately releasing high-intensity aromas of fresh mango and ripe pineapple driven by the Idaho 7, complemented by zesty citrus from Motueka. The grist, featuring a blend of barley, wheat, and oats, creates a silky, medium-full body that carries flavors of tropical fruit and a subtle, resinous pine finish from the Simcoe. With its moderate bitterness and harmoniously integrated 6.5% alcohol, it offers a lush, fruit-forward experience that remains balanced and refreshing.
