A foundation of Low Colour Maris Otter and Caramalt is elevated by a significant addition of flaked oats and wheat, creating a remarkably silky, creamy texture. The aromatic profile is dominated by an intense Double Dry Hopping regimen featuring Mosaic, Ekuanot, Azacca, and Simcoe, which unleash punchy layers of ripe pineapple and pithy grapefruit. On the palate, the high bitterness is expertly balanced by the grain-derived silkiness and a smooth, integrated alcohol warmth, finishing with a lingering resinous and tropical hop character that defines the style.
