This modern American Pale Ale is a vibrant collaboration between Espiga and Hopito, showcasing a contemporary hop-forward profile. A massive dry-hop addition of Riwaka, Mosaic, and Azacca drives an intense tropical bouquet of pineapple, mango, and passion fruit, while Idaho 7 and Amarillo provide foundational citrus and subtle herbal undertones. The inclusion of wheat malt and a significant portion of oat flakes and oat malt creates a luxurious, velvety texture that carries the fruit-dense flavors across the palate. It remains incredibly drinkable at 5.5% ABV, balancing its lush, juicy character with a clean, approachable finish.
