This Hazy IPA, a collaboration between Espiga and Dougall’s, showcases the concentrated intensity of Simcoe and Mosaic Lupulin Powder. The "hop hash" delivers a vibrant explosion of citrus zest and tropical stone fruit. Built on a foundation of Low Colour Maris Otter, Naked Oats, and Wheat Malt, the beer presents a distinctive turbid appearance and a remarkably silky texture. The sensory profile is defined by its massive fruit-forward hop character and a softened, moderate bitterness that enhances drinkability.
