Espiga / Deya Flying Eyes

This Hazy IPA, a collaboration between Espiga and Deya, presents a lush sensory profile built on a substantial grist of barley, wheat, and flaked oats. The aroma is intensely saturated with stone fruits, specifically peach and apricot, alongside tropical pineapple and a bright citrus background driven by heavy dry-hopping. The precise combination of Simcoe, Idaho 7, and Citra hop varieties provides a multi-layered fruit experience that dominates the palate. Despite its 7.5% ABV, the beer remains highly drinkable, balancing a soft, bready malt sweetness with a moderate, smooth bitterness. The result is a vibrant, fruit-forward experience with a characteristically plush, juice-like finish.
