This barrel-aged Imperial Stout presents a sophisticated marriage of roasted intensity and spirit-driven complexity. Six months in Bourbon barrels imparts elegant layers of vanilla and charred wood that intertwine with a base of rich chocolate and roasted malts. The addition of oat milk creates a remarkably smooth, unctuous texture, carrying distinct notes of raw coffee that surprisingly suggest bright red fruits and subtle citrus. Despite its high strength, the alcohol is masterfully integrated, leading to a lingering, harmonious finish where the warmth of the Bourbon enhances the deep, dark malt character and luscious mouthfeel.
