Espiga / Burial Walking Crow

This collaboration between Espiga and Burial Beer Co. is a lush, hazy Double IPA defined by a heavy-handed double dry-hop treatment of Citra and Simcoe. Built upon a complex grain bill of Pilsner and Low Colour Maris Otter with a significant addition of flaked oats and wheat, the beer offers a deep yellowish hue and a velvety, silky texture. High-intensity aromas of ripe mango, peach, and bright citrus lead into a palate saturated with tropical fruit and delicate white fruit esters from the New England yeast. A well-integrated alcohol warmth emerges on the finish, providing a gentle glow that balances the soft, persistent bitterness.
