Espiga / Antiga Sparkly Appetizer

This Hazy IPA, a collaboration between Espiga and Antiga, presents a luminous and hazy appearance. The sensory profile is defined by a heavy double dry hopping of Citra, Idaho 7, Simcoe, and Elani, which radiates intense aromas of mango, pineapple, and guava. Built on a soft base of barley, wheat, and flaked oats, the palate transitions into flavors of Mediterranean peach and zesty lime. Despite its 6.5% ABV, the beer remains refreshing with a smooth, medium-full body and a clean, fruit-forward finish that avoids harsh bitterness, perfectly bridging the gap between a bright appetizer and a complex tropical experience.
