This decadent Imperial Stout, a collaboration with Alpha Delta, pours an impenetrable jet black. The sensory experience is dominated by a rich synergy of cocoa nibs and toasted hazelnuts, creating a dessert-like profile. A robust grain bill featuring Golden Promise, Chocolate Malt, and unmalted roasted barley provides a deep foundation of dark chocolate and espresso. Despite the 11% ABV, the Galena hops offer a clean, balancing bitterness that allows the velvety, oat-driven texture to shine.
