El Camino Aviator IPA

Inspired by the aviation pioneers of Brooklands, this English IPA balances British tradition with the vibrant citrus and floral character of Cascade hops. Built upon a sturdy foundation of ninety percent Pale Ale malt, the additions of caramel and toasted malts impart a distinctive orangy-rose hue and a supporting bready sweetness. Four hop additions, including a dedicated dry-hopping stage, deliver a refreshing, assertive bitterness and a bouquet of orange peel and spice. Despite its firm hop profile, the finish remains clean and highly drinkable, offering a smooth, medium-bodied experience that artfully bridges the gap between classic biscuity malt depth and modern hop aromatics.
