This collaboration with the legendary NAPARBIER brewery in Pamplona, Navarra, has been a long time coming. It was a pleasure to work with Juan and Jamie on this recipe, a big, juicy double IPA fermented with London Fog, and dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe.

We get sweet, ripe tropical fruit and citrus zestiness, with a slight dank note in there too. More juicy citrus fruit comes through in the flavour, with sweet pineapple. Thickly textured, with a very faint herbal bitterness, a lingering breath of sweet pineapple juice, and some warming alcohols to steady those sea legs. Animo!
