This German Pils captures the essence of a traditional lager with a crystalline, brilliant appearance. Brewed with a base of Lager and Maris Otter malts, it provides a subtle, bready, and cracker-like foundation with a touch of sweetness from Cara Gold. The addition of torrefied wheat ensures a creamy, persistent head. The sensory profile is defined by the noble spice of Saaz hops intertwined with the lemon-citrus and earthy notes of Kazbek. It finishes exceptionally dry and crisp, reflecting a long maturation process that emphasizes a clean, refreshing bitterness and a highly drinkable, sutil character.
