This Autumn Seasonal Beer presents a complex sensory journey rooted in a robust malt bill featuring Maris Otter, Amber, and Brown malts. The aroma is dominated by an aromatic spice blend where cardamom and black pepper take center stage, supported by the subtle floral notes of Saaz hops. On the palate, the characteristic sweetness of roasted organic pumpkin is enveloped by layers of Crystal 240 and Crystal 400 malts, offering notes of caramel and toasted bread.
