Dougall’s Hazy IPA

This Hazy IPA radiates a vibrant sensory profile defined by an aggressive 25g/L hop saturation. Dominated by Strata, the aroma and palate are saturated with luscious peach, sweet melon, and a delicate hint of floral resin. Supporting layers of tropical mango and zesty citrus from Idaho 7, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra provide depth. The grist, featuring Maris Otter, Extra Pale malt, and a heavy inclusion of oats and torrified wheat, crafts a soft, juice-like body with a signature haze. Despite its aromatic intensity, the beer remains exceptionally refreshing, finishing with a clean, fruity linger and a smooth, pillowy mouthfeel.
