Dougall’s Doble IPA

This Double IPA presents a vibrant orange-copper hue with a slight haze, supported by a rich foundation of Maris Otter, Extra Pale malt, and a touch of oats for texture. The aromatic profile is intensely driven by a complex blend of Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, Amarillo, and Loral hops, delivering punchy notes of ripe stone fruit, citrus, and delicate floral spice. On the palate, Columbus hops contribute a firm yet smooth bitterness that neatly balances the 8.5% ABV. Expect layers of peach and tropical fruit against a clean, grainy malt backbone, finishing dry with a lingering resinous warmth and a smooth, integrated alcohol presence.
