DouGall’s / Soma Ida Y Vuelta

This Hazy IPA, a collaborative effort between DouGall’s and Soma Beer, presents a deeply turbid appearance and a plush, soft body. The grain bill featuring Extra Pale and Dextrin malts, alongside flaked oats and malted wheat, creates a creamy foundation for the hop profile. The Wai-iti hops shine with distinctive stone fruit notes of peach, apricot, and loquat, beautifully tempering the bright citrus and tropical layers provided by Citra and Mosaic. The result is a highly aromatic experience where the intense fruitiness is balanced by a restrained bitterness and a remarkably clean, approachable finish that emphasizes drinkability over aggression.
