This collaboration between Dougall’s and La Quince is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a sophisticated hop blend. Utilizing a grist of Extra Pale malt and a substantial 30% malted oats, the beer presents a remarkably silky, soft texture. The aromatic profile is dominated by intense tropical notes of guava and stone fruit, driven by Cryo Citra and Spectrum Mosaic, while Nelson Sauvin introduces its signature white grape elegance. Idaho 7 adds a subtle resinous complexity that balances the slight residual sweetness. Fermented with Fermoale New-E yeast, the finish remains clean and approachable, emphasizing lush fruit depth over sharp bitterness.
