This collaborative Hazy IPA from Dougall’s and Castelló Beer Factory delivers an intense tropical profile. The grist of Extra Pale and Caragold malts, supplemented by wheat and oats, creates a soft, opaque base for the massive fruit additions of mango and passion fruit. A double dry-hop featuring Simcoe, Mosaic, and Cryo Citra, followed by Cryo Simcoe and Cryo Cascade, produces layers of citrus and stone fruit. Fermented with Kveik yeast for enhanced esters, the beer balances Columbus hop bitterness with a juicy, plush finish.
