This radiant yellow Hazy IPA showcases a masterfully orchestrated collaboration between Dougall’s and Caleya. A grain bill featuring Extra Pale malt, flaked oats, and malted wheat creates a soft, bready foundation that supports a massive hop profile. The use of London Fog liquid yeast amplifies the fruity esters, perfectly complementing the intense tropical notes of pineapple and peach driven by Bru-1, Citra, and Mosaic hops. The addition of Citra Lupomax and Cryo Mosaic ensures a concentrated fruit-forward experience, reminiscent of a fresh fruit salad. Silky and full-bodied, it maintains high drinkability with a clean finish and balanced, restrained bitterness.
